How to Convert an Event to an On-Demand Webinar

For Event Pages that have already occurred and need to transition over to an On-Demand Webinar Page:

  1. Navigate to Admin > Tools > Convert Pages and select the event page you want to convert.
  2. Select WebinarPageData in the Convert To Page Type dropdown.
  3. In the list of property fields, find the StartDate field and change the dropdown to PublishDate.
This will set the required Publish Date field on the On-Demand Webinar page to the same date that was used as the event's Start Date (alternatively, you can map the EndDate field to PublishDate if that's more accurate).
  4. Click Convert.
  5. Navigate back to the page through the Edit section, populate/update any applicable fields and publish your changes.
