Categories
Access Level: Administrators
Categories are used throughout the site for many purposes, primarily for associating pages to their relevant areas/topics so content can be listed dynamically.
Categories are managed globally under: Admin > Config > Categories
From the page-level, categories are assigned through the Category field on the Content tab.
