Marc Fogarty: National Biotech Sector Leader

Marc is an audit partner with more than 20 years of experience serving public and private organizations, focusing on those in the biotech industry. He has specific experience assisting his clients with business consulting, concentrating on improving operational efficiency and profitability.

Michael Hadjiloucas: National Pharmaceutical & Medical Devices Sector Leader

With nearly 30 years of experience, Michael has earned an outstanding reputation in the pharmaceutical and medical devices community. As the partner-in-charge of the firm’s Corporate Tax Group, he also has extensive experience with the review of corporate, partnership, individual and tax-exempt entity tax returns, and representation in federal and state audits.

Richard Cleaveland: National Software Sector Leader

As an audit partner with 25 years of experience, Rich has significant expertise advising public and private software companies in areas such as revenue recognition, business combinations, capital transactions, risk and controls, and equity-based compensation. He also frequently speaks and contributes to the media relating to software and venture-funded companies.

Jon Zefi: National Technology Services Sector Leader

With more than 15 years of experience serving technology companies, Jon is a principal and member of the Tax Advisory Services Group. He represents clients in domestic and international corporate reorganizations, acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures and technology transfers, and private equity and investment funds.
