Steven Heumann

Steven Heumann is a Director in the firm’s Technical Accounting Advisory Services Group. Steven has over 25 years of experience working with public companies and privately held business in providing technical accounting consulting services to multinational SEC registered companies.  He has been involved in numerous acquisitions from $1.5 million to $1.3 billion, which includes (structuring, due diligence, integration, valuations, pro forma financial statements and purchase accounting). In addition, he led a company through a $200 million IPO and multiple debt and equity raises and was responsible for all SEC compliance for the company’s 10K’s and 10Q’s. Steven’s experience includes derivatives, IFRS, development of internal controls, revenue recognition and building accounting infrastructures.

Prior to joining the firm, Steven worked for a U.S. based company reporting on GAAP acquired by IFRS reporting entity where he was responsible for converting the U.S. GAAP financials to IFRS.

Steve is a frequent speaker before professional audiences, and has written articles for CFO Studio Magazine.
