Ravi Alluri

Ravi Alluri is an Audit Director in the Financial Services Group with 15 years of experience of accounting, audit and business risk consulting experience. He provides services to broker-dealers, hedge funds, private equity funds, in addition to technology and commercial clients.

Ravi’s focus includes risk and technology solutions, Sarbanes Oxley engagements, IT financial risk assessments, SOC examination engagements, IT and business consulting services. His expertise also includes audit of larger and complex broker-dealers, private equities, commercials audits. Ravi has worked on business process in a variety of industries, including automotive, fast moving-consumer goods (FMCG), financial services, energy, and food processing, health care, hospitality, infrastructure, manufacturing, life sciences, logistics, technology and media.

Prior to joining the firm, Ravi spent most of his career throughout India, the Middle East, Canada and the U.S. working with consulting and accounting firms. While at a global consulting firm, he led the implementation of continuous audit solutions, internal audit, risk and compliance, technology, business processes, ERM engagements, data analytics and various finance process reengineering solutions. Before that he was he was with a Big 4 accounting firm and provided internal audits, process and control optimization engagements, SOX review and implementation, ERM establishment and rollout, IT and business consulting, among other services.

Ravi has completed all four parts of the Uniform CPA examination and currently fulfilling work experience needed for licensure. He is also pursuing CIA and CRMA certifications from the Institute of Internal Auditors.
