Phil Bergamo is a Managing Director in the Transaction Advisory Services Group, with over 15 years of public accounting experience. Phil manages engagement teams that perform financial due diligence on buy and sell-side transactions for clients in the life sciences, technology, consumer products, retail, business services, and manufacturing and distribution industries.
Additionally, Phil’s experience includes financial analysis for carve-out transactions, analyzing cash flow models and net working capital. Phil has advised clients on more than 125 successful middle market transactions in his career.
Prior to joining the Transaction Advisory Services Group, Phil provided audit and assurance services to both public and private companies in a variety industries.
Phil is a frequent speaker and assists in developing professional education courses within EisnerAmper University on topics related to accounting in areas of revenue recognition financial due diligence, quality of earnings among other topics.
