Compensation Resources Opens Participation for “2021 Compensation Survey of Not-For-Profit Organizations”

EA Compensation Resources LLC, an EisnerAmper Group Company, is pleased to announce that participation is now open for the 2021 Compensation Survey of Not-For-Profit Organizations. This survey, targeted exclusively to tax-exempt organizations, will capture compensation data for positions within a broad range of not-for-profit classifications. This year's survey has been redesigned to focus on specific job families that are relevant to tax-exempt organizations, while continuing to cover executive compensation levels.

"Not-for-profit organizations have different challenges in the compensation arena versus for-profit companies," said Mary Rizzuti, Managing Director of Compensation Resources. "Through this survey report, tax-exempt organizations will be able to examine data from similarly-situated organizations and be provided a resource for informing decisions around pay."
