Ankur Bairoliya

Ankur Bairoliya is a Director in the firm. With nearly 15 years of accounting experience, he leads the Audit Team in India and reports into the right shoring lead for audit services. He is responsible for the growth and development of the India audit team and oversees the audit operations and practice management of our offices in India.

Ankur is also involved in projects related to staffing and mobility, including recruitment, onboarding, and organizing training programs. In addition, he provides guidance pertaining to resource capacity planning and analysis offering key MIS to India and global stakeholders. He also mentors the local managers & and collaborates with the India leadership team on strategic management.

Prior to joining the firm, Ankur was a Director for a leading accounting firm where he oversaw the west coast market territory (commercial clients) for their India offshore practice.
