Trent Millican

Trent A. Millican is a Partner in the firm’s Tax Services Group. Trent has more than 20 years of experience serving a wide-ranging clientele, including retail, oil and gas, hospitals, medical offices, telephone & communication, professional service, manufacturing, timber, farming, entertainment, hospitality, non-profit, construction, and real estate.

Trent manages the income tax department with a diverse clientele that includes large corporations, trusts, non-profit organizations, and partnerships located and operating in multiple states. Trent also consults with large family groups and high-net-worth individuals with complex tax structures on annual tax planning and estate planning. His team's responsibilities include preparation and review of federal, state, and local tax compliance, consulting services and estate planning.

Prior to joining the firm, Trent was a Director at Postlethwaite & Netterville (P&N), a leading full-service accounting and business advisory firm. Before this, Trent held a senior management position at a Big 4 firm, where he oversaw numerous major accounts involving multiple tiered partnerships, S-corporations, and large consolidated groups operating across multiple states. He provided valuable guidance on various M&A deals and offered his expertise in assessing the federal and state implications of various business transactions, such as acquisitions, dispositions, and liquidations.
