Tony Davis is a Director in the firm. With nearly 30-years of experience, Tony brings exceptional leadership and financial strategy acumen that has contributed to significant long-term organizational success.

From tax and accounting counsel to impactful guidance in strategic planning, revenue cycle, provider compensation, market alignment and collaborative ventures, Tony is passionate in his support for all facets of private health care practices. He is a trusted resource for organizations that may not have the time or ability to focus on higher level business strategy or deep financial analysis.

Tony’s ability to create connections, understand an organizations’ strengths and weaknesses, and how to backfill those weaknesses, makes him an invaluable leader for the firm and its clients physician practices of all shapes and sizes.

Tony also currently serves as the CEO of the Minnesota Dermatology Collaborative. For the past 12 years, he has held the positions of Director of Vision and Strategy as well as Executive Director for Dermatology Specialists in Minneapolis.

Prior to joining the firm, Tony was chief health care strategist at Lurie LLP, a Minneapolis-based accounting and advisory firm, which provided clients with solutions in accounting, audit, tax planning, wealth management and advisory services, serving business leaders in a wide variety of industries including health care, professional services, technology, manufacturing, real estate and more. In his role, Tony provided the framework, vision, and market analysis for the firm’s healthcare team, facilitating strategic planning processes, creating organizational alignment, and guiding key growth decisions.
