Tetyana Goruk is a Partner and a member of EA RESIG LLC, with over 15 years of experience in real estate fund advisory services. Tetyana has extensive background in investment fund accounting and administration for private equity real estate funds, co-investment and feeder funds, tax blockers and REITs with focus areas in hospitality, retail, health care, residential land and homebuilding.
Tetyana oversees a variety of distressed and opportunistic debt and equity real estate funds as well as core plus and evergreen emerging manager vehicles with aggregate capital commitments of $7.9B.
Prior to joining the firm, Tetyana was a Senior Vice President at the accounting firm Imowitz Koenig & Co., LLP (IK) and their real estate fund advisory firm Real Estate Systems Implementation Group LLC (RESIG), where she primarily focused on fund accounting and administration services.
