Richard Nachmias

Richard Nachmias is an Audit Partner and Partner-in-Charge of the firm’s Sports and Entertainment Group. Additionally, Rich has significant experience providing services to several large national and international law firms. Rich has more than 30 years of experience providing services to companies in these industries.

Rich formerly served as North American Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of a global provider of advertising and marketing research, as CFO of an international advertising representation agency and is a former Senior Manager with a Big Four accounting firm, where he led engagement teams working with clients in the media, communications and technology industries.

Rich has extensive Securities and Exchange Commission experience and has been involved in the initial public and follow-on offerings of numerous companies. During his time as the CFO of two rapidly growing global media companies, Rich was responsible for the valuation, structuring and integration of several acquisitions; the implementation of regional and global treasury practices; and the implementation of information systems and procedures designed to conform with international and U.S. financial reporting standards.
