Rebecca De Leon is a Partner in the Financial Services, and Technology and Life Sciences Groups. She has over 15 years of experience providing accounting and auditing services to a variety of clients, including venture capital and private equity funds, broker-dealers, registered investment advisors, self-directed IRA custodians, and technology and life sciences companies.
Additionally, she has managed audits with complex financial statement consolidations for business entities with multitier structures and international subsidiaries, which include a myriad of complex accounting matters.
She is a member of EisnerAmper’s National Office of Professional Practice consulting on various audit related topics and acts as a subject matter expert related to broker-dealers. She participates in the oversite of the firm’s internal training programs specific to audit principles and procedures in the financial services and technology industries.
She also serves as the California Chapter Chair for the Women of EisnerAmper.
