Naseem Wenzel is the Head of Real Assets Advisory Services. Bringing over 25 years of experience in real estate advisory, strategy, and transformation. She partners with asset and investment managers, as well as real estate owners and operators, to drive transformative change through data-driven strategies, innovative technology solutions, and operational excellence.

With a deep background in change management and operational transformation, Naseem specializes in developing target operating model roadmaps, implementing data strategies, and optimizing ERP systems to enhance efficiency and performance. She has experience leading large-scale technology and strategy initiatives that enable clients to grow sustainably in an evolving real estate landscape.

Before joining the firm, Naseem was an Executive Director at a specialist alternatives consulting firm, where she led the North American Real Assets practice, overseeing strategy, technology, and operational improvements for global and regional clients. Prior to that, she was an Advisory Partner at a leading national advisoy firm. Naseem began her career in the real estate audit practice at a Big 4 accounting firm.

A frequent speaker at industry conferences, Naseem shares insights on proptech, data strategies, and investment management trends. She has also served on the board of directors for OSCRE, where she was Chair for two terms, helping to shape industry standards in real estate technology and data governance.
