Melanie Talley

Melanie Talley is a Director in the firm and has nearly 15 years of experience. Melanie specializes in association management and has worked with a variety of clients. 

In her current role, Melanie primarily assists clients' volunteer leadership with governance, policy development, and any challenges the association may face. She also specializes in meeting management and accreditation development & implementation.
 
Melanie provides a broad spectrum of services, including membership recruitment/retention strategies and execution, event management, marketing strategy development and implementation, volunteer coordination, policy development, and strategic assessment and implementation. Functioning as a chief staff member on numerous boards, she provides clients with a neutral stance on the execution of an organization's mission, strategies, and goals. Melanie draws upon her experience to help organizations assess challenges and capitalize on opportunities. 
 
Prior to joining the firm, Melanie was a Principal at Postlethwaite & Netterville (P&N), a leading full-service accounting and business advisory firm.
