Maureen Paradine is a Partner and the Chief Human Resource Officer of EisnerAmper. A thirty-year industry veteran, Maureen has extensive experience in human capital management and strategic leadership in various industries, including education, retail, and professional services.

Partnering closely with the firm's leadership team, Maureen leads a range of HR functions, including spearheading and managing transformation and change initiatives, compensation, benefits, and mastering human capital management, nurturing cultural evolution, human resources operations, employee engagement programs and championing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. She actively strives to promote an inclusive culture at EisnerAmper while the firm grows, explores new markets, and pioneers innovative client service solutions.

Prior to joining the firm, Maureen held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at one of the largest operators of college bookstores in the United States. In this esteemed role, she shouldered worldwide responsibility for all facets of human resources, overseeing a workforce of nearly 15,000 employees spanning multiple business units, numerous brick-and-mortar retail stores, virtual outlets, various office locations, and several hundred remote workers. Before this role, Maureen served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources with a leading U.S.-based floral and gourmet foods gift retail and distribution enterprise, boasting multiple subsidiaries where she oversaw global human resources activity.

Maureen was inducted into the Long Island Business Hall of Fame in November 2022 and has been recognized as one of the 50 Most Influential Women in Long Island in 2015.

Maureen is also a dedicated leader in the community and serves on the boards of and regularly advises the Athena Women's Leadership program for the Long Island Chapter and the Hofstra University Women in Leadership program.
