Mark B. Feldstein

Mark B. Feldstein is a Partner in the firm. With over 30 years of experience, Mark has extensive skills in accounting, tax and business management for closely held and internationally owned businesses, including luxury goods manufacturers, retailers, family offices, real estate development and operation, high-tech companies, entertainers, professional service businesses and wholesale/distributors. 

Mark has a wealth of experience steering clients through the complex nuances of domestic and international tax matters, working with various types of business entities, including C and S corporations, partnerships, high-net-worth individuals, trusts, and expatriates. He is also skilled in the implementation of business tax planning strategies to minimize tax costs, whether it be through state and local incentive programs, establishment of deferred compensation programs, or other methods available. He has expertise in state and local tax matters (SALT) as well as knowledge of general business operations, budgeting, and operational efficiencies.

Prior to joining the firm, Mark was a Partner at NYC-based accounting, tax, and consulting firm Spielman Koenigsberg & Parker ("SKP") before it merged with EisnerAmper.
