Kira Heizer

Kira Heizer is a Partner and Head of Finance for the Outsourced Services Group. She is an experienced CFO with nearly 30 years of experience working with privately owned businesses, including venture capital and private equity-backed startups. She has been a CFO for more than a decade for companies in a variety of industries and business models including CPG, Tech and Marketplace companies. In her role as CFO for startups, Kira’s responsibilities have also included HR, legal, fundraising, investor relations and logistics/operations management.

Kira has a background in Investment Banking (mergers and acquisitions), Private Equity, and Family Offices, as well as strategic planning and finance roles in large multinational firms. Kira also spent 5 years in Executive Search recruiting C Suite Operations and Finance executives, so she is well versed in Organizational Structure, Compensation, and Hiring needs for scaling organizations.
