Keith Crews is a Partner in the firm’s Tax Services Group. Keith serves private clients in all areas of tax planning and compliance. He routinely consults in matters regarding tax due diligence, mergers & acquisitions, and FAS 109/ASC 740. His client base is diverse, serving individuals, families, and businesses in the real estate and construction, financial institutions, manufacturing and distribution, professional service, and broadcast media industries.
Keith has in-depth knowledge of tax issues facing privately held companies in all stages of their business operations. He has experience advising owner-managers and family groups on company and personal tax planning as well as estate and succession planning.
Prior to joining the firm, Keith was a Director at Postlethwaite & Netterville (P&N), a leading full-service accounting and business advisory firm. Before this Keith worked for a Big 4 accounting firm and a Dallas-based local accounting firm.
