Julie Munn-Sims

Julie Munn Sims is a Partner in the firm and leads the firm's CFO Advisory Practice. With nearly 25 years of experience, Julie brings vast consulting experience across the oil and gas, chemicals, and utilities sectors.

Julie specializes in delivering transformative financial solutions, focusing on finance strategy, digital finance transformation, organizational agility and architecture, and process and technology implementation. She has led major initiatives across areas such as finance, tax, treasury, import/export optimization, strategic cost management, and profitability, successfully guiding organizations through complex changes.
 
Her experience includes leading global business process improvement programs, developing integrated business and IT strategies, and overseeing large-scale ERP implementations. Julie has also played a key role in business process outsourcing and shared services projects, helping companies streamline their operations and achieve greater efficiency.
 

Prior to joining the firm, Julie was a Principal at a Big 4 accounting firm, where she led the Finance Transformation Advisory practice for the oil & gas sector. Before this role, Julie was a Managing Director for over a decade at a global professional services company focusing on finance and tax transformation at the firm’s energy practice.
