Josh Dicharry

Josh Dicharry is a Partner in the firm. Josh has over 15 years of experience providing project management and business analysis to government agencies, non-profits, and various private companies. He specializes in business process redesign, application development & integration, process automation, IT program management, and data analytics & business intelligence. 

Josh focuses on helping organizations optimize business processes using modern IT solutions. In addition, he brings a wealth of experience to the table, having worked in a range of industries on various technical and professional projects.

Additionally, Josh has the expertise to help organizations implement suitable IT PM & IT PMO structures and tools to improve their IT project operations. His expertise extends to project controls (agile & waterfall), software & vendor selection, project triage and rescue, workflow and team management, custom reporting, dashboarding & visualizations, software testing, and independent verification and validation.

Prior to joining the firm, Josh was a Director at Postlethwaite & Netterville (P&N), a leading full-service accounting and business advisory firm. In this role, he was the leader of the Business Transformation Services team.
