Jason Rice

Jason Rice is a Director in the Corporate Finance Group and has over 15 years of valuation experience. He manages and performs valuations of business enterprises, equity, and intangible assets for tax (gift and estate) and financial reporting purposes. The methods used for these valuations include discounted cash flow, market approach, option pricing models, and Monte Carlo simulation.

Jason also reviews and performs sensitivity analyses of business enterprise value, common and preferred equity, debt, options, and intangible assets for private equity, venture capital, real estate, and commercial clients for audit purposes. Jason’s industry experience includes manufacturing, utilities, financial services, health care, technology, and consumer business.

Prior to joining the firm, Jason worked in the Financial Advisory Services Valuation Group at a Big 4 accounting firm, where he performed and managed valuations for financial reporting purposes. He also has previous experience as an engineer for a water utility company, where he developed capital expenditure planning studies for the companies operating subsidiaries.

Jason is actively involved with professional organizations, assists in the training and mentoring of staff, and the recruitment of new employees.
