James A. Conover

James A. Conover is the Partner-in-Charge of the firm's Chicago office. He brings more than 25 years of experience in the areas of accounting and tax planning services. Jim has worked extensively with high-net-worth individuals and their closely held businesses in a variety of industries including real estate, construction, professional & financial services, manufacturing, and non-profit organizations.
 
By becoming a key financial advisor for his clients, Jim has been able to work on complex situations, including managing family offices for key clients, advising clients on the purchases and sales of their businesses, implementing complex estate plans, and assisting in the transition of closely held companies to the next generation of family owners.
 
Prior to joining the firm, James was a Partner at Morrison & Morrison, Ltd., a premier Chicago-based CPA and consulting firm.
