Frank Attalla

Frank Attalla is a Partner in the Financial Services Group, with over 30 years of experience in the field of public accounting and 20 years focused in the financial services sector. Frank provides audits and consulting services of private investment companies, public mutual funds and closed-end funds, private equity funds, fund of funds, investment management companies, in addition to introducing broker-dealers.

Frank has expertise in funds with a wide spectrum of strategies and financial instruments, including long and short equities, commodity pools, distressed debt, structured credit, private loans, and private investments with the funds varied in ranges from $10 million to $4 billion of nets assets.

Prior to joining the firm, Frank was an Audit Partner with a Big 4 accounting firm and led audits of both public and private companies in the investment management sector. He worked with hedge funds, private equity funds, fund of funds, public mutual funds, ETF's, closed-end funds, investment management companies and introducing broker-dealers.

In the community, Frank is a supporter for Autism Speaks, the largest autism advocacy organization in the United States, supporting autism research and conducts awareness and outreach activities aimed at families, governments, and the public. He also actively supports the Samuel DJ Cali Foundation.
