Elaine Fazzari

Elaine Fazzari is an Audit Partner with over 30 years of experience in providing accounting, auditing, and business consulting services to both privately held and publicly traded companies. She has extensive experience in auditing real estate entities in the development, syndication, and operation phases as well as companies in the manufacturing and distribution industries.

Elaine specializes in providing audit and consulting services to employee benefit plans, including 401(k), profit-sharing, defined benefit, and ESOP plans. Her experience also encompasses advising real estate and commercial companies on issues affecting initial public offerings and other filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Elaine has also provided litigation support services, has served as an expert witness and was a member of the National Litigation Support Services Association.

Prior to joining the firm, Elaine was Partner-in-Charge of Audit, Accounting, and Benefit Plans and a member of the Executive Committee at Raich Ende Malter & Co. LLP (REM), a leading full-service accounting and auditing firm providing a wide variety of accounting, tax, and business advisory services to organizations of all sizes, emerging businesses, and high net worth individuals. Prior to REM she was a Partner at Trien Rosenberg Weinberg Ciullo & Fazzari, LLP.

As an active member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, Elaine has presented on the topics of financial statement analysis.
