Dean Peterson is a Partner and a member of the International Tax Services Group, with over 20 years of experience providing comprehensive tax consulting services for privately and publicly held companies. Dean advises clients on cross-border transactions, international tax planning, tax treaty matters, PFIC reporting, investments tax and restructuring/legal entity rationalization. His practice serves worldwide clients ranging from start-ups to Fortune 50 and he maintains a strong network of global contacts.
Prior to joining Eisner Advisory Group, Dean was a Principal at top ten accounting firm in its International Tax Services Group, where he worked with financial services, technology and cryptocurrency companies on mergers and acquisitions, foreign tax credit optimization and U.S. international tax compliance. Earlier in Dean’s career, he worked with large technology and insurance companies, earning extensive in-house tax experience.
Dean is a member of the bar in New York and New Jersey.
