Bart Parry is a Partner in the firm. With nearly 20 years of experience, Bart counsels a wide range of for-profit and not-for-profit clients on audit issues, primarily related to affordable real estate and associated compliance and reporting requirements.

Bart's expertise includes overseeing audit testing and financial statement reviews to ensure compliance with GAAP and other reporting requirements. He also has significant experience advising clients on issues related to compliance with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development regulations, with a focus on affordable housing projects. Bart's work includes advising some of the largest affordable housing developers and owners in the nation. His deep industry knowledge allows him to provide targeted solutions that effectively address specific client needs and challenges. In addition, Bart also has a strong background in the healthcare and construction sectors.

Prior to joining the firm, Bart was a Partner in Tidwell Group, LLC, a full-service accounting firm specializing in the real estate sector across the United States, with a focus on affordable housing, conventional real estate, and not-for-profit industries. Before this role, he worked for a large national accounting firm in its affordable housing and HUD audit practice.
