Arvind P. Kumar

Arvind Kumar is Managing Director in the Health Care Services Group and Head of Digital Health Services within the firm. He is an entrepreneur and executive who has worked at the intersection of health care and technology for over 25 years, serving in a diverse range of transformation roles. Arvind helps health care organizations capitalize digital assets to harness data for growth, efficiencies and risk management. He specializes in developing leading indicators of risk across systems and optimize controls to reduce expenses and improve profitability.

Most recently, Arvind served as a Founder and Partner for a Big 4 accounting firm’s Healthcare Advisory and Digital Risk Solutions Practice (DRS), where he built DRS services, including regulatory, compliance, patient safety, and technology integration/interoperability.

In the past, Arvind served as the SVP for technology and alliances at the Risk Management Foundation (RMF) of the Harvard Medical Institutions, the leading medical practice insurer, and health analytics company that serves Harvard University’s 23 affiliate hospitals and 12,000 physicians.

Additionally, Arvind served as SVP and Managing Partner for Xerox’s Healthcare Solutions unit, CIO for Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, and starting The Huntington Group, a GE health care division.

Arvind is a frequent speaker and he has published articles in industry journals on topics related to health care services. He also served as an adjunct faculty member at the Harvard School of Public Health, Suffolk University and Northeastern University.

Arvind has participated in a number of programs, including Interpersonal Dynamics for High Performance Executives from Stanford Graduate School Business, MIT’s Digital Marketing and Social Media Analytics and Business of Block Chain, Harvard Business School’s Leadership in Professional Services Firms, NACD’s Director of Professionalism and the Strozzi Institute’s Embodied Leadership.
