Ann Hilzim

Ann Hilzim is a Partner within the Business Transformation Services practice and leads the Change Management and Project Management teams. With over 10 years of experience, Ann specializes in project management, change management, training, communications, and policy and procedure development.

Ann has focused on operationalizing and creating communication strategies around change events, including systems, processes, team structure and roles, organizational culture, and regulations. She excels at establishing processes and procedures to ensure compliance with settlement agreements, state and federal regulations, and grant requirements with an emphasis on operational efficiency. While supporting large programs, Ann has developed and delivered training for 300 to 800+ team members. Also, she has extensive experience managing external communications between team members and program applicants to ensure consistency.

Prior to joining the firm, Ann was an Associate Director at Postlethwaite & Netterville (P&N), a leading full-service accounting and business advisory firm. Before this, she worked as a Series 7-licensed financial advisor associate at a boutique financial planning firm.
