Allyson Milbrod is a Tax Partner and a leader of the firm’s National S Corporation tax services team, with over 20 years of experience in public accounting. Her expertise includes the review of corporate, individual and partnership tax returns, tax planning for businesses and individuals, multistate taxation issues and representation at federal and state audits. Additionally, Allyson is a specialist in the area of IRC 199A.
Allyson has extensive expertise working with closely held businesses and pass-through entities with their corporate, personal, trust and estate tax needs. She also assists clients with family office services.
She serves various industries with a concentration in the manufacturing, distribution and law firms industry. Allyson also specializes in Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs) companies that are either wholly-owned, or partially-owned, by ESOP companies.
