Dr. Abraham Morse

Dr. Abraham Morse, MD, MBA, is a Consultant in the firm’s Digital Health Services practice, within the Health Care Group. Dr. Morse has deep experience advising health care systems in areas, including patient safety, electronic health record implementation and optimization, malpractice, risk management, and the training and supervision of clinicians.
Dr. Morse is a surgeon with extensive experience in surgical training, clinical research mentoring, device development, performance improvement and medical IT delivered in an international environment. He previously served as co-designer, lead clinician and risk analyst for clinical risk management at a Big 4 accounting firm through multiple regional and national health system engagements.
A graduate of the Harvard-MIT Health Sciences and Technology program, Dr. Morse completed his obstetrics and gynecology (OBGYN) residency at Johns Hopkins, and a fellowship in Urogynecology at the Mayo Clinic - Scottsdale. His clinical career spans more than two decades. After a decade of academic practice at the University of Massachusetts, Dr. Morse joined the Harvard hospital system in 2009 where he consulted regularly with CRICO Harvard’s malpractice captive on obstetrics and gynecology risk management.
Dr. Morse served as Chief of Urogynecology for Guangzhou Women and Children’s Medical Center between 2016 and 2018. He remains involved in health care business development and academic medical development in China.
