EisnerAmper’s Rizzuti Named a “2024 Policy Maker” By Executive Women of New Jersey

Mary Rizzuti, a partner and leader of Compensation Resources—an EisnerAmper company— has been named a “2024 Policy Maker” by the Executive Women of New Jersey (“EWNJ”). The EWNJ is honoring those contributions of high-achieving New Jersey women leaders from the private and public sectors. Mary was highlighted, along with more than 50 other professionals across various sectors. 

Mary leads a practice that evaluates, designs, and develops custom compensation and human resources programs across all industries and business sectors, including not-for-profit organizations. She provides clients with comprehensive consulting in executive compensation, salary administration, sales compensation, and performance management, along with actionable market research data. Mary leads the firm’s HR Outsourcing practice as well.

These influential leaders will be honored at the annual EWNJ Salute to the Policy Makers Gala on  October 22, 2024, in Pompton Plains.
