Experience:
- 5-7 years commercial construction accounting for general contracting and or construction management.
- Accounting degree, BS minimum
- Knowledge of Sage Accounting software or construction accounting software
- Knowledge of ProCore a plus
Job Description:
- Report directly to President/Owner
- Manage bookkeeper and assistant
- Improve, innovation and streamline current accounting, reporting and tracking processes
- Prepare financial reporting docs including but not limited to:
- Internal and external financial statements
- External audit preparation for audited financials
- Corporate tax planning
- 401 Compliance
- Work in progress schedule
- Monthly cash flow projections
- Project specific anticipated cost reports (ACR’s)
- Contracts review upstream and down stream
- Weekly/bi-weekly payroll and certified payrolls as may be required
- Insurance procurement, compliance and audits
- Monthly invoicing
- Accounts receivable
- Clients specific reporting docs. As may be required
- Vendor contract and PO oversight
- Accounts payable oversight
- Job costing oversight
- Banking reconciliation oversight
- Out going Change order tracking oversight
