This position will be providing leadership and management of financial activities and working with the leadership team, and all departments and levels of employees to drive company growth and initiatives, leading our fast-paced team, committed to excellence
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations and activities of the organization by implementing financials policies and procedures that support strategic decision-making
- Manage all areas of accounting, budgeting and planning, cost management, financial modeling, strategic finance, and reporting
- Prepare profit and loss statements, balance sheet, cash flow with analysis and recommendations
- Manage financial team including AP, AR, and IT, interfacing with Supply Chain, Sales and Remanufacturing
- Oversee all banking and payroll
- Monitor and control expenses to ensure efficient cost management for production, logistics and OPEX
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPI’s) on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, communicating across the leadership teams (Company dashboards), providing analytics to identify potential trends, risks, and opportunities for improvements.
- Provide value-based leadership and guidance to all departments (finance, sales, and operations) to optimize financial performance and achieve organizational goals
- Ensure compliance with accounting & ISO standards
- Establish and maintain relationships with lenders, vendors, and key customers, participating in negotiations
- Ownership of the monthly and annual accounting close and reporting process in accordance with GAAP and financial institution requirements
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in financial management
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Experience (minimum 5 years) in a manufacturing or distribution organization
- Bachelor’s degree in business required, MBA/CPA preferred
- Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel required
- Microsoft Business Central (BC) experience a Plus
- Desire to work in a team environment with a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and follow company safety and accounting work procedures
- Honesty, Integrity, and Dependability are critical
